8-week Skill Accelerator for '2027' age groups. Maximum 1:10 coach-to-athlete ratio. Skill Accelerators are designed for U8–U16 footballers who want more focused development than regular team training without the commitment or selection requirements of the Academy.They suit developing and experienced players. Athletes are placed with an appropriate age group, and partners and challenged according to their current ability and needs.
Skill Accelerators provide eight weeks of focused small-group coaching targeting technical skills, game understanding and confidence.Groups are limited to 6–10 athletes, allowing individual feedback while retaining competitive and game-based training.The Academy is a more comprehensive 12-week pathway with entry criteria, individual planning, online coaching and formal progress reviews. Skill Accelerators offer a simpler commitment and can prepare athletes for future Academy selection.
A minimum of 6 and maximum of 10 players for high-feedback, high-impact coaching
